چکیده
respecto a la prescripción de diálisis, reacciones alérgicas, a seguridad en la atención sanitaria es la ausencia o educción a un mínimo aceptable del riesgo de sufrir daño nnecesario en el curso de la atención sanitaria (fuente: MSP/OMS: Clasificación Internacional para la Seguridad de os pacientes). La actividad de hemodiálisis (HD) comprende una serie de rocedimientos y técnicas, algunas de ellas complejas, en las ue intervienen equipos de tecnología avanzada (planta de ratamiento de aguas, monitores, etc.), administración e medicamentos y vigilancia del tratamiento, todo ello en acientes frágiles con muchas comorbilidades y edad avanada, que utilizan los sistemas de cuidado de salud de forma ntensa y fragmentada, por lo que tienen un mayor riesgo e sufrir consecuencias importantes1,2. En este contexto, la osibilidad de errores se incrementa3 y, por ello, se hace ecesario establecer estrategias de prevención de eventos dversos relacionados con los cuidados, mediante un sisema de priorización según sean su frecuencia, la gravedad e sus consecuencias y su detectabilidad4. Solo la cuidaosa observación de los procedimientos puede garantizar l logro de una alta calidad con mejores resultados clínios, una reducción de las complicaciones, la eliminación de ntervenciones inapropiadas y una mayor satisfacción del aciente.
